Parcel 1 consists of 16.25 acres; Parcel 2 consists of 17.81 acres of the 27.81 total parcel acres (10 acres recently changed to Commercial.) • Mixed Use (MU) is zoned to the South/Southwest. Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned to the South. Rural Residential 1 (RR1) is zoned to the West, and Medium Density Residential 1 (MDR1) and Transitional Agriculture (TAG) are zoned to the North. • A total of 35 hearing notifications were mailed to surrounding property owners. • Staff asks that the Planning & Zoning Commission consider recommending that City Council approves the application.
