Public Hearing 1:July 18, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission at 35 N 1"E,Rexburg,Madison County, Idaho,to consider (#24 00417) amending the
Comprehensive Plan Map from Low and Intermediate Residential to Commercial at
approximately 250 N 12`'W and 1022 W Main St in the City of Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho.
Public Hearing 2:July 18, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission at 35 N 1"E,Rexburg,Madison County, Idaho,to consider (#24 00418) amending the
Zoning Map from Transitional Agriculture (TAG) and Mixed Use (MU) to Community Business
Center (CBC) at approximately 250 N 12`'W and 1022 W Main St in the City of Rexburg,Madison
County,Idaho.
