Pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1402,the Rexburg City Coun-
cil has declared its intent to sell municipal real property.The
Council further orders the City Clerk to provide notice that a
Public Hearing concerning the proposed sale will be held
June 5.2024 at 6:30 mrn.in the Council Chambers,Rexburg
City Hall,35 N 1st E Rexburg,Idaho.
At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and
all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed
annexation.The City Clerk will also accept written comments
at City Hall or email to clerk@rexburg.org prior to 4:00 p.m.
on June 4,2024.
