AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING
THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG,
IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED
DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN
REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE
CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho,
which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby
amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property
situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho,
regarding (#24 00022) to rezone 245 Rodney Dr Public Facilities (PF) to
Low Density Residential 2 (LDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho.
The legal description of the said properties in Rexburg, Madison County,
Idaho, are as follows:

Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its
passage, approval and publication.

THE POINT OF BEGINNING;

The easement allows the City to install and maintain a sewer pipeline and other City utilities. No structures are permitted
to be constructed by the landowner within the easement except for a fence at the west property line. When the City
completes work within the easement, the City will not be responsible for restoration of landscaping within the easement
except for sod, sprinklers, and concrete driveway/sidewalks.
