Public Hearing 1: April 4, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission at 35 N 1" E, Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho, to consider (#24 00146) amending the
Comprehensive Plan Map from Intermediate Residential to Commercial at approximately 1040
West Main St in the City of Rexburg,Madison County, Idaho.

Commission at 35 N 1" E, Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho, to consider (#24 00147) amending the
Zoning Map from Mixed Use (MU) to Community Business Center (CBC) at approximately 1040
West Main St in the City of Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho.

SITUATED IN THE STATE OF IDAHO, COUNTY OF MADISON,BEING PART OF SECTION 24,
TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH,RANGE 39 EAST OF B.M.,BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED

At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on April 3,2024. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
