Low Density Residen�al 2 (LDR2) is zoned to the East. Both Low Density Residen�al 2 (LDR2) and High Density Residen�al 1 (HDR1) are zoned to the North. • A total of 45 hearing no�fica�ons were mailed to surrounding property owners. • Staff asks that the Planning & Zoning Commission consider recommending that City Council approves the applica�on.
