Observations/Remarks:
I arrived on site and began observations on the exterior slab for the south east corner of building B. The first
truck arrived at the same time that I was performing a test for a different pour and by the time I finished the
different pour, the first truck had already finished pouring. I received a sample from the second truck after
approximately 5 yards had been expelled from the truck. The truck stopped pouring and waited for the results of
the test. With the sample, I performed a concrete field test and made test specimens. I observed that the results

Observations/Remarks:
I arrived on site around 1:50 PM. After finding an area to setup my equipment, I proceeded to inspect the forms
where todays pour is and found it to be within project specifications.
The first truck arrived around 2:10-2:15 PM. I grabbed my sample after a yard or two was poured out, and
began performing my tests. The results were satisfactory.

approximately 8:25 AM and immediately began preparing to place material.
Once a sufficient amount of material had been placed, I collected a sample for testing. The tests I performed for

After a yard was displaced, I was able to obtain a sample for testing. I tested for air, slump, and temp. Those
results were within spec and reported back to the appropriate parties.
After making strength cylinders I cleaned up my gear and observed the remainder of the pour.

I arrived on site at around 3:45am and began setting up for concrete testing. The first trucked arrived at around
4:30am and I began testing. I tested three times, at 10 yards, 50 yards, and 100 yards.
As I completed my tests I was able to report my results to the contractor and supplier.
I made strength specimens for each truck that I tested.
Upon completion of my last test I cleaned my equipment and wrote this report.

I arrived on site around 4:00 AM and began my inspections. I then began setting up my equipment for my field
tests. Throughout the pour, I tested the concrete 3 different times, 50 yards apart. After each test I reported my
results to the contractor and made strength specimens. Upon completion I cleaned my gear and observed the
duration of the concrete placement.

Observations and/or Remarks:
I arrived on site and located where the concrete placement was to take place.
I set up my equipment and pulled my first sample. I performed a concrete field test and reported my results to
conractor. I then made stregth specimens.
I repeated this process two more time every 50 yards of concrete placed. All results were reported to the
contractor.
Upon completion of my final field test for the day I cleaned my equipment and observed the remainder of the
pour.

Observations and/or Remarks:
I arrived on site and spoke with Mike Massey of Bateman Hall who told me what they planned on pouring today.
He mentioned that concrete was about an hour late so I had time to look over the forms and rebar. The rebar
appeared to be in accordance with the specs and the forms were free of debris and appeared to be structurally
sound.
Eventually the concrete showed up and I was able to test for air, slump, and temp. They were within spec and I
reported that back to the appropriate parties.
After making strength cylinders I cleaned up my gear and left.
