Low Density Residen�al 2 (LDR 2) surrounds the property to the North and East and to the South is zoned Medium Density Residen�al 1 (MDR1). • A total of 41 hearing no�fica�ons were mailed to surrounding property owners. • Staff asks that the Planning & Zoning Commission consider recommending that City Council approves the applica�on.
