• The property is currently a park.
• The property is located at the intersec�on of Rodney Drive, Nina Drive and Syringa
Street in the Ricks Palmer Subdivision Division 1.
• The rezone request applies to approximately .40 acres.
• Public Facili�es (PF) is zoned to the West of this property. Low Density Residen�al 2 (LDR
2) surrounds the property to the North and East and to the South is zoned Medium
Density Residen�al 1 (MDR1).
