Legal Description: SITUATED IN THE STATE OF IDAHO, COUNTY OF MADISON, BEING PART OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 39 EAST OF B.M., BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE WEST ¼ CORNER OF SAID SECTION 24; THENCE NORTH 89°45’44” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 1006.50 FEET ALONG THE EAST – WEST CENTER OF SAID SECTION 24 TO A REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP FOUND; THENCE SOUTH 00°24'43" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 1,786.96 FEET TO A REBAR WITH NO CAP FOUND; THENCE SOUTH 00°0519" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 407.45 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89°51'20" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 579.86 FEET TO A REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP SET STAMPED, “PLS 13856” ON THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF HIGHWAY 20; THENCE SOUTH 05°50'06" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 376.17 FEET TO A REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP SET STAMPED, “PLS 13856”; THENCE SOUTH 89°51'37" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 541.04 FEET TO A REBAR WITH A PLASTIC CAP SET STAMPED, “PLS 13856”; THENCE NORTH 00°05'19" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 374.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 4.81 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION WAS PREPARED BY JEFFREY M.
