INDUSTRIES, INC. / DBA INSULFOAM OR FALCON FOAM, INC. AND APPROVED UNDER ICC ES ER-1788
OR ICC ES ER-4059, RESPECTIVELY. THE FOAM SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS I MATERIAL
D. THE COMPONENTS ARE BONDED TOGETHER BY AN ADHESIVE DESIGNATED AS MORAD M-650 SERIES, A
PROPRIETARY ADHESIVE MANUFACTURED BY ROHM AND HAAS COMPANY, AND APPROVED UNDER ICC ES ER
5394. THE ADHESIVE APPROVED AS A CLASS 2, TYPE II, STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE, UNDER ICC ES AC05.
3. THE MANUFACTURER OF ANY COMPONENT CITED IN ITEM 2 ABOVE SHALL PROVIDE CERTIFICATION WITH EACH

II MATERIALS
1. ALUMINUM FOR COMPONENTS SHALL BE AS SHOWN ON THE ALLOY AND TEMPER 6063-T6, (UON).
2. ALUMINUM SHALL BE PAINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN PART I-A, SECTION 6.6
OF THE ALUMINUM DESIGN MANUAL (2020).
3. SHEET METAL SCREWS (SMS) SHALL BE TYPE AB SCREWS (TABLE 5-4, 2020 ADM). SMS SHALL NOT BE COUNTERSUNK.
4. SHEET METAL SCREWS SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN PART I-A OF THE LATEST
ALUMINUM DESIGN MANUAL FOR TAPPING SCREW CONNECTIONS.
5. WHERE ATTACHMENT TO EXISTING STRUCTURE OCCURS, THE WOOD OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE
A MINIMUM SPECIFIC GRAVITY OF 0.42, SUCH AS DF.
6. WHERE SCREWS ARE INSTALLED INTO WOOD FRAMING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY, THROUGH
