HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2009 - 09 Impact Fee IncreasesRESOLUTION 2009-09 A resolution of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, adopting a new rate schedule Water and Wastewater capacity fees (formerly Hookup Fees) and Streets, Parks, Police and Fire Impact Fees. POLICE AND FIRE IMPACT FEES PROPOSED INCREASE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO A public hearing will be held for the consideration of the proposed tee increase effective August 1.2009 The hearing will be held at the Westwood Theatre. 4 E. Main, Rexburg. Idaho, at 8:30 pm, on July 15, 2009. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such fee increase should or should not be adopted. Additional information is available at City Hall during the regular office hours (8 am to 4 pm, weekdays). The Westwood Theatre is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone desiring accommodations for disabilities related to the budget documents or to the hearing should contact City Hall, 359-3020 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
