All final inspections have passed. Finish the railing cables on the decks and set pins in
self closing door hinges. You are good for the full C.O. Thanks This permitted job
included tearing down the sunroom that was built on a deck, and pouring a foundation
and re building the same size sunroom back. They added heat runs into the sunroom.
Frame extensions on the rood to cover all of the decks, and install new decking and
railings. Install new windows and doors and new cabinets and plumbing fixtures. Rewire
a big portion of the house and add smoke detectors as per code. Install a kitchen fan
with makeup air. Install a new gas fire place. New roofing and siding as needed. Re
paint inside of the hole house and new floor coverings.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies
that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed was
found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and the
use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
