2/22/2023 Joanne came to city hall and said that they will take care of driveway approach with their own contractor.
Parcel has a large portion of assessment from the curb and gutter and that is the reason the estimate is off so much
12/27/2023 Sod was not placed around sidewalk, water main, nor driveway approach. Property owner replace sewer line last year and she said that she was told she didn't need to pay for
sewer rehook-up fee. Brett said she does not need to pay for sewer rehook-up and the fee was removed.

sy of 35.78 SQ YD not included in estimate. Concrete was not put in as reinforced and so the customer was not charged for reinforment but was charged for regular sidewalk/apron
Marianna's brother-in-law is Brian Edstrom and the property owner will pay Edstroms directly for the work. The Sanitary sewer connection was included in the total quantity with Edstrom
and needs to be included. Everything else zeroed out and Homeowner can bill Edstrom Directly

12/28/2020, Brett, 330 Yale property owner, sent an email asking about the width of the sidewalk. Keith indicated that since Brett's neighbors have 4' sidewalk he is allowed to have
4' sidewalk too, measurements were adjusted on the spread sheet. 12/29/2020, Brett would like to include landscaping, removing the trees, and moving sprinklers added to estimate. There
is a city street light in front of his house that looks like it would be in the way of the sidewalk. The city street light is not working. Brett was concerned that the property lines
on the site plan included part of his neighbor's property. Engineers will need to reassess the site plan. 206-349-2331 - Change of ownership. 1/5/2021 Estimates updated based on 4'
sidewalk and $2500 in additional landscaping work (approximately $1500 for removing two trees, $500 for sprinkler relocation, and $500 for removal of ground cover and other miscellaneous
expenses). Initial estimate was $3733.34 at a monthly payment of $44.97. Updated estimate is $5786.67 at a monthly payment of $69.71.
Spoke with Brett at about 2:30 pm. The updated estimate was given. Brett expressed concern about the increased cost and the inability to meet the February 1 deadline for using his own
contractor without the contractor being able to visually investigate the property in order to give an accurate bid. Brett also shared his concern regarding the potential inaccuracy
of estimates for government projects in general. I committed to email Brett the updated estimates. Brett also shared that he has a drain located in his driveway that becomes plugged
and backs up when raining. Brett has attempted to get the drain pumped, but companies have told him that it is the City's drain. We talked about the location of utilities on his property
and that there was no indication on our side that the drain belonged to the City. It was also mentioned that the drain could possibly be tied into the sewer service, but that the sewer
service is the responsibility of the owner and that the City only owns and maintains main sewer lines. Brett said he would continue looking into solutions for this problem on his side.
