RE: FINAL REPORT OF REQUIRED SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
Project: New Hibbard Elementary School, Rexburg, ID
In accordance with Section 1704 of the International Building Code (IBC) and the project documents
special inspection has been provided for the following items:
1. Soils – Bottom of excavation, footing backfill and structural backfill against foundation walls.
2. Concrete – Concrete testing and inspection of the reinforcement for the footings, foundations, and
slabs on grade.
3. Masonry – Masonry Reinforcement, Grouting operations.
4. Structural Steel Bolting and Welding – Bolted Connections, Steel Decking Mechanical
Connections, Welded Connections
Based upon inspections performed and our substantiating reports, it is our professional judgment that, to
the best of our knowledge, the inspected work was performed in general accordance with the approved
plans, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the IBC.
