Annexation Proposal
a)Widdison Addition West of U.S. Hwy 20:
1)Front foot fees at $10.00 per foot for water
2)Front foot fees at $10.00 per foot for sewer
3)Standard City Lot size for initial front foot fee may be 100’ to 120’
actual
(Future lot development front footage fees would be paid at
cost
when the lot was split for additional development)
4)Connection fees at $1,100 for water
(Not require water connection until requested by the resident)
5)Connection fees at $575 for sewer
(Offer an 18 month grace period for connection after City
notification or not require sewer connection until District 7 Health
condemnation)
6)Zoning appropriate for the neighborhood may be Rural Residential
One (RR1) which does not require curb, gutter, or sidewalks.
