HomeMy WebLinkAbout23-00565 PZ Amend Development Code -Ord 1200 Sign Code amendments November 2, 2023 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG Public Hearin: November 2, 2023, at 6:30 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission at 35 N 1"E, Rexburg,Madison County,Idaho (#23 00565) to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE (Ordinance 1200) for the City of Rexburg. It is proposed to amend the current DEVELOPMENT CODE concerning substantive and non-substantive items. All proposed modifications to the DEVELOPMENT CODE may be reviewed at the offices of Planning and Zoning or the City Clerk's office. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 1,2023. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
