ORDINANCE NO. 466
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 390 OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, TO
PROVIDE THAT THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN BLOCK 49 OF THE ORIGINAL
REXBURG TOWNSITE, IN THE CITY OF REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE PLACED IN "C" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT RATHER THAN "A" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG IDAHO:
SECTION I. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 390 of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, be amended to read, as follows:
"That portion of Lot 1, Block 49, of the original Rexburg Townsite in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho,
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot. No. 1, Block 49 of the original Rexburg townsite in.
the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof; and running thence
West 143.5 feet; thence South 82.5 feet; thence East 143.5 feet; thence North 82.5 feet to the point
of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby placed in "C" Commercial District, rather than "A" Residential District for the purpose only of constructing
a professional office building thereon to be used and occupied as professional offices only.
