ORDINANCE NO. 449
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE OFFICES OF CITY CLERK AND CITY
TREASURER OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, BE HELD BY ONE PERSON,
AND THAT CITY CLERK ALSO PERFORM ALL OF THE DUTIES OF THE CITY
TREASURER AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
REXBURG, IDAHO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REXBURG, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That the offices of City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, be held by one person.
SECTION II: That the City Clerk of the City of Rexburg, Idaho perform all of the duties
of the City Clerk as prescribed and required by the laws of the State of Idaho and the ordinances
of the City of Rexburg, Idaho; and also that the said City Clerk perform all of the duties of the
City Treasurer of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, as prescribed and required by the laws of the State
of Idaho and the ordinances of the City of Rexburg, Idaho.
SECTION III: That the City Clerk of the City of Rexburg, Idaho assume and perform all
of the duties of the City Treasurer of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, commencing January 1, 1965.
SECTION IV: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
