ORDINANCE NO. 436
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 390
OF THE CITY OF REXBURG TO PROVIDE THAT THE INTERIOR PORTION OF
BLOCK 50 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE IN THE CITY OF REXBURG,
COUNTY OF MADISON; STATE OF IDAHO, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, BE
PLACED IN B RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT RATHER THAN A RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REXBURG, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 390 of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, be
amended to read as follows: That the interior portion of Block 50 of the Original Rexburg
Townsite in the City of Rexburg Madison County, State of Idaho, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point 99 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 50 of the
Original Rexburg Townsite in the City of Rexburg, In Madison County, State of Idaho, as
per the recorded plat thereof and running thence South 33 feet; thence West 99 feet;
thence North 26.5 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence South 208 feet; thence East 165 feet;
thence North 284.25 feet, thence West 165 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby placed in B Residential District rather than A Residential
District.
