(Explanation given in Observations and/or Remarks.) Items observed are in general conformance with approved project documents and jurisdictional requirements. Observations and/or Remarks: I arrived onsite around 6:15 AM before Depatco’s paving crew arrived. I began standardizing my gauge while I waited. Asphalt arrived onsite shortly after 8:00 AM. Depatco began paving starting in the south corner of site. Shots 1-6 locations are marked on page “S3.0” of plans, and I was unable to obtain plans for the fire lane so I went off of landmarks. Depatco pulled the fire lane in two pulls jumping back and forth between the two to keep it hot. My tests were within general conformance of project specific specifications. Reviewed By: E.
