CORPORATION SOLE TO PERFORM A FINAL PLAT FOR A PARCEL OF LAND PURSUANT TO
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 415008. SEVERAL MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AS SHOWN ON
THIS SURVEY. MONUMENTS SET WERE 1/2 INCH REBAR WITH PLASTIC CAPS L.S. 9369 AS
