(Public Law 93 234) and is,in accordance with the National Flood Ingrance Act of 1969.:is amended
(Title XM of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Public Law 90.449). 42 U.S.C. 40D1-
4128, and 44 CFR Pact 65. Because of the m6difieWom to the FMM for your community made by this
LONER, certain additional requirements muss be met under Section 1361 of the National Flood Insurance
Act of 1962, as amended, within 6 months farom the dame of this letter. Prior to January 3, 1997, your
community is required, aS a coitdition of Continued eligibility in the NFiP, to adopt or show cvidc = of

2. Adopting all of the standards of Section 60.3(c) into one new, comprehensive set of
regulations; or
3. Showing evidence that regulations have previously been adopted that meet or exceed the

participation in the NF .P and subject to the prohiibiti*= contained -in section 202(a) of the Act as
