A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon completion of the following items by 10/01/2023:
- All landscaping in the front and the strip need to be completed
- Address numbers need to be at least 4 inches tall
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies that, at
