The City’s preliminary investigation revealed that the City was not at fault for the property damage that occurred; however, the City recognizes that a number of our citizens are suffering as a result of the damage that occurred. The City wants to do all that it possibly can to relieve the anguish of our citizens; therefore, while the various parties involved are trying to sort out the responsible parties, the City intends to set up a zero interest loan program, which will provide some of the funds necessary to assist the residents of the Ricks-Palmer Subdivision for property restoration purposes.
