PROPOSED # OF UNITS: 15 lots
AUTHORITY: §1.03.010 (A) “The Commission shall have the authority to consider and recommend to
the Council ordinances, amendments thereto, and repeal of ordinances affecting zoning,
planning, and building within the City of Rexburg”
Informa�on to consider with this request:
• The property is currently a vacant lot.
• It is located at the end of Sunrise Drive,
below the Water Tower, and abuts the
City ’s East perimeter.
• The plat consists of approximately 4.6
acres and will contain 15 lots.
• Low Density Residen�al 1 (LDR1) zoning
surrounds the plat, with the excep�on of
the Impact area to the East, which is
zoned Transi�onal Agriculture (TAG ).
• Staff asks that P&Z considers
recommending that City Council
approves the applica�on.
