AUTHORITY: §1.03.010 (A) “The Commission shall have the authority to consider and recommend to
the Council ordinances, amendments thereto, and repeal of ordinances affecting zoning,
planning, and building within the City of Rexburg”
Informa�on to consider with this request:
• The property is currently an open field used
for agriculture.
• The property is located on the Southwest
corner of 12th West and Highway 33, across
from Valleywide and Mother Hibbards. The
plat will consist of approximately 11.38
acres and will contain 58 lots.
• Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) and Community
Business Center (CBC) is zoned to the North,
Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned
directly East, Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) is
zoned to the South and West.
• Staff asks that P&Z considers recommending
that City Council approves the applica�on.
