The plat will consist of approximately 11.38 acres and will contain 58 lots. • Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) and Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned to the North, Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned directly East, Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) is zoned to the South and West. • Staff asks that P&Z considers recommending that City Council approves the applica�on.
