MAP FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: August 17, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. to be held before the Rexburg Planning and
Zoning Commission at 35 N 1st E, Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho (#23 00398) to rezone
approximately 458 E Moody Rd from Light Industrial (LI) to Community Business Center (CBC)
zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.

SITUATED IN THE STATE OF IDAHO, COUNTY OF MADISON, CITY OF REXBURG, BEING PART OF

notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
