HomeMy WebLinkAboutApproval Letter - 22-00282 - Teton River Lofts - 24 units - Bldg 1 July 11, 2023 Proposed plan for temporary power at Teton River Lofts: With permission from Rocky Mountain Power we are hoping to find a temporary option to get power to (2) 24-plex buildings. The meter packs have been installed but we are waiting on the main breaker disconnects to energize each building. The disconnects have been on order for well over a year and have now been pushed to October. We are proposing that we use, temporarily, a Square D fused disconnect (Square D H367NR) in junction with the Square D meter packs already installed. We have gone through the process by which we will marry the two with our local inspector, Brett Stoddard, as well as the project engineer. Both of whom agree that this disconnect will suffice as a temporary solution. Once the original disconnects are delivered, we will work with Byron to coordinate outages to swap out the fused disconnects with the breaker disconnects and with Alex to get them re-inspected. As long as the new shipping date holds true, we will have everything set right by the end of October. Thank you for your consideration, Nephi’s Electric, LLC Approved by: Todd Payne, Electrical Engineer Brett Stoddard, City of Rexburg Electrical Inspector DocuSign Envelope ID: 04150846-6168-4A73-8459-827FC4C8EDE3 Jul-18-2023 | 4:00:46 PM CDT Jul-18-2023 | 4:28:52 PM CDT DocuSign Envelope ID: 04150846-6168-4A73-8459-827FC4C8EDE3
