Underground Flushing: Underground flushing must be witnessed by the local authority having jurisdiction. (NFPA 13, 10.10.2.1) b. Underground Hydrostatic Test: Underground hydrostatic test, 200 lbs./2 hours, must be witnessed by the local authority having jurisdiction. (NFPA 13, 24.2.1.5) c. Testing and Inspection Requirements: Include details about the testing and inspection requirements for the system, type and frequency of testing, and qualifications of testing and inspection personnel. (NFPA 13, 25.2) d. Backflow Prevention: Include details about backflow prevention devices including type, location, and installation requirements. (NFPA 13, 6.5.4) Madison Station Apt.
