south of the temporary job site entrance and North approximately 300 ft from Thomson Farm Rd, and
commenced North and South with an overlapping pattern along subgrade for Highway 191.

Inspector arrived on site to witness proof roll for a portion of the subgrade along Highway 191 from south end to
approximately 300 ft North of Thomson farms Rd.
Inspector noted the following areas of "soft" subgrade,
Inspector recommended Contractor remove or scarify and allow the areas noted to air out before compacting and
placing road build up material (Pit Run, Road Base, etc.)

Inspector arrived on site to witness proof roll for a portion of the subgrade along Highway 191 from south end to
approximately 300 ft North of Thomson farms Rd.
Contractor supplied a full water truck and driver for the proof roll. Proof roll commenced at the temporary job site
entrance, approximately 100ft south of Thomson Farm Rd, and commenced North and South with an overlapping
pattern along subgrade for Highway 191.
Inspector noted the previously noted areas were sufficicently aired out and now exibited minimal or no pumping.
Contractor began placing Pit Run material.
