The plat will consist of approximately 13 acres and contain 9 commercial lots. • Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) and Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned to the North, Community Business Center (CBC) is zoned directly East, Rural Residen�al 1 (RR1) is zoned to the South, and Medium Density Residen�al 2 (MDR2) is zoned directly West. • Staff asks that P&Z consider recommending that City Council approves the applica�on.
