THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS V48. THE BUILDING WILL BE SPRINKLERED. THE
EVENT CENTER AREA (A-2 OCCUPANCY WILL BE SEPARATED FROM THE REST
OF THE BUILDING WITH A 2 -HOUR RATED FIRE BARRIER.
