Enclosed you will find photo simulations taken from the most visible points possible.
Kurt requested the simulations take from three vantage points:
1. Somewhere along W 2nd S in front of the building - Included
2. Corner of S 2nd St W & W 2nd S – No included
3. W 2nd S & S1st W – Not included
When my Construction PM went to those corner 2 and 3, the rooftop site wasn’t visible
from the ground so he provided photos/simulations from the most visible locations he could
find from the nearest ROW.
Can you please review them and let me know if we are clear to proceed?

Hello Vicky and Kurt,
You both been in contact with both Cierra and Cathi but they have moved to another team
within our organization so I will be working on this project going forward.
As you’re aware, AT&T needs to upgrade the technology at this facility which entails
increasing the height of one (1) of the three (3) sectors. Enclosed you will find preliminary
plans for your review. Currently , the antenna tips for all three (3) sectors is 72’. The
proposed modification will entail increasing the Beta antennas tip height to 80’. The Alpha
and Gamma antenna tip heights will remain the same.
My understanding is that you’rewere okay with the proposed changes so long as it meets the
City of Rexburg Planning & Zoning permitting requirements. Enclosed you’ll find
correspondence I had with Alan Parkinson the Planning and Zoning Administrator
confirming the modified design will be acceptable.
If you could review the plans enclosed and provide confirmation once again that our design
is acceptable, I’d really appreciate it. We certainly don’t want to submit to the jurisdiction
without your review and sign-off. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to
reach out.

Dear Mr. Webb,
My name is Cathi Peterson, my colleague Cierra House has been working with you on this
project. I will be taking over for her. As Cierra mentioned in her email back in September,
AT&T will be making equipment upgrades at the facility located at 126 S 1st W in
Rexburg. In doing our due diligence, we have discovered that we will need to raise the
antenna heights in order to meet our coverage objectives. We are proposing to raise the
height of the antennas 10’ higher than currently installed. We have checked with the City of
Rexburg and they are not opposed to the height change. If you would support the height
change, AT&T’s next steps would be to complete construction drawings and a structural
analysis of the facility. We could provide those to you for your records. Please let us know
if this would be acceptable to you.
