of Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 East of the Boise Meridian, City of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of said Lot 3, Block 15 of the Original Rexburg Townsite;
Thence N 89°45'09" E along the South line of said Lot 3, Block 15, a distance of 41.25
feet to the SW corner of said parcel of land described at instrument no. 325756, also being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N 00°15'00" W along the West line of said parcel of land described at instrument
no. 325756 a distance of 209.05 feet;
Thence N 89°45'09" E a distance of 55.00 feet;
Thence S 00°15'00" E along the East line of said parcel of land described at instrument
no. 325756 a distance of 209.05 feet;
Thence S 89°45'09" W along said South line of Lot 3, Block 15, a distance of 55.00 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Containing 11,498 square feet, or 0.26 acre, more or less.
Basis of Bearings: The centerline of 2nd North Street between Center Street and 1 sc East Street,
per the found survey monuments located in the centerline intersections thereof, as derived from
