Acknowledged Total square footage both levels 2455 with an occupant load of 16? Building SQFT is 1,835 sqft occupancy load ~13 Landings at doors and cross slope of sidewalks not to exceed 2%. General Note added to sheet A1.1 Stairs to meet requirements of section 1011. Acknowledged Handrails and guards to meet requirements of sections 1014 and 1015. Ventilation to comply with section 1203. Acknowledged Special inspector needs to be identified. Connect Engineering to be the Special inspector As per Energy Code table C402.1.3 slab needs to have an R-10 for 24" below slab and a 6 mill damp proofing material under slab. See prescriptive Insulation form Exit lighting and exit signs to be installed. Acknowledged Electrical • The #4Cu ground conductor designed is compliant with the NEC which has a minimum requirement of a #6Cu ground to the ground rod but a #4Cu ground to the Concrete encased electrode. We recommend leaving the design as is. • The feeder from the Vo-Tech to this building is approx. 600ft. I increased the size to a #2/0Al and have included voltage drop information for the City Inspector. See attached. • All work must conform to NEC 2017.
