EAGLE ROCK ENGINEERING WAS COMMISIONED BY THE CORPORATION OF THE
PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS TO
PERFORM A FINAL PLAT FOR A PARCEL OF LAND PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT
NUMBER 415008. SEVERAL MONUMENTS WERE FOUND AS SHOWN ON THIS
SURVEY. MONUMENTS SET WERE 1/2 INCH REBAR WITH PLASTIC CAPS L.S. 9369 AS
SHOWN ON THIS SURVEY. SECTION CORNER TIES WERE THE WEST 1/4 CORNER
PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBER 268005, CENTER 1/4 CORNER PURSUANT TO
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 404679 AND THE SOUTHWEST CORNER PURSUANT TO
INSTRUMENT NUMBER 404687. ADJOINER DEEDS COLLECTED FROM THE MADISON
COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE WERE PURSUANT TO INSTRUMENT NUMBERS 331727,
399692 AND 400040. CITY OF REXBURG CONTROL WAS USED FOR THIS PROJECT.
