housing. It is located between
Lorene St and 7th N, on the East
side of 2nd E.
• The entire plat is approximately 10.05
acres; Phase 1 is approximately 2.22
acres and incorporates 2 buildings
consisting of a total of 48 units.
• West of the property is zoned
Community Business Center, while
North and East are zoned Medium-
Density Residential 1 (MDR1), with
Medium-Density Residential 2 (MDR2)
zoned directly to the South.
• Staff presents this report to the P&Z
Commission for recommendation to
City Council for approval of the Plat.
