This is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
A Full Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon completion of the following items by 06/01/2023:
- Landscape must be completed
-rooftop unit needs installed and wired. Ensure a gfci protected service receptacle with an in-use cover is installed
within 25 feet of new unit on rooftop. Will verify cover is installed on future drinking fountain receptacle at this
time.
- Landings and grade need to be completed when weather permits. Owner responsible for maintaining landings at
doors until then. Currently landings have snow removed and carpet has been put down and grade is level.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code, certifies that, at
the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the date listed was found to be in
compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of occupancy and the use for which the
proposed occupancy was classified.
