Apparently, the large parcel will have the comp plan change from commercial/mixed use to MDR1- HDR2 and be annexed and rezoned from TAG and RR1 to MDR2. And the small parcel will be rezoned from RR1 to CBC. Then Eagle Park will also be annexed. Do I need to complete another Hearing Publication Form with these updates? Something to note, not sure how “official” the hearing publication form is: In the hearing publication form for the Comp Plan Change 22-00912, it lists the current CompPlan as Mixed Use, but the actual designation is Commercial/Mixed Use. I don’t think it matters as much for the title of the hearing, but it would need to have the correct official designation on the ordinance/resolution for us to be able to make the change. Same thing for the zone change 22-00914, the form just says TAG to MDR2, but the current zoning in that area is part TAG and part RR1, and that would need to be clarified on the eventual ordinance as ‘TAG and RR1 rezoned to MDR2’ for us to be able to change it properly.
