Information to consider with this request:
• The property is located North of Pioneer Equipment, South and West of Gravity Factory between Airport
Rd and Highway 20, and South of the Rock Gym. The property totals approximately 5.54 acres.
• The property is contiguous to Light Industrial Zoning, which is located to the North of the property.
• There were 10 hearing notifications mailed to surrounding property owners.
• Staff presents this report to the P&Z Commission for recommendation to City Council for approval of the
conditional use permit.
