ORDINANCE NO. 382, CONT.
Persons may register on each day at any time during the office hours of said Clerk, beginning
vuth the day that the Notice of Election is given and continuing until and including the
Saturday next preceding the election, persons may register between the hO':Ts of 9 o'clock A.M.
and 5 o'clock P.U. and between the hours of 7 o'clock P.M. and 9 o'clock ,>.M.

The voting at said election shall be by ballot. The ballot to be supplied the voters for
their use at said election shall be in the form set out in Ordinance.No. '~82.

Section 8. If at such election tvro-thirds of the qualified electors who are taxpayers in
such city voting at such election as"ent to the issuing of such bonds they shall be issued in
Ilk'lruler provided by the llMunicipal Bond Lawll of the State of Idaho.
Section 9. This ordinance, upon its passage and approval, shall be published in one issue
of the Rexburg St2ndard, a weekly nev/spaper printed and published and of general circulation
in the City of Rexburg, Idaho, and shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its
passage, approval and publication.
Section 10. All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, in
conflict with this ordinance or any part hereof are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 344 FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE ELECTIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF REXBURG; IDAHO, AND THE i'D4ES OF PAYMENT THEREOF AND
PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE OF SALARY OF THE }.!AYOR AND CITY COUNCILMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor am the City Council of the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 344 of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, be amended

The. salaries- of the elective officers of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, and the times of
pay.m~t thereof-are. hereby fixed as follows:

The' salary. of. the Mayor shall be Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) per year conunencing May 1,
1953, and. shall be. paid. quarterly.
The. salaries. of. the councilmen shall be Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($240.00) per year,
commencing'Mayl; 1953, and shall be paid quarterly.
The salary of the City Clerk shall be Twenty-six Hundred Forty Dollars ($2640.00) per year,
commencing }lay 1, 1951, and shall be paid semi-monthly.
The salary of the City Treasurer shall be Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per year co.rr.m.encing
