ORDINANCE-NO. 368 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION OF EAST TIITRD NORTH STREET IMMEDIA~Y EAST OF NORTH FIRST ~ST STREET OF THE" CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, FOR THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE AS PROVIDED BY LAW: ' . WHEREAS, George Wilding has requested the City Council to vacate and close a portion of East Third North Street immediately East of North First East Street of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, for the sole and exclusive use of the owners of the adjacent real estate as provided by law. ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COlmCIL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO: Section 1.. That Local Lateral Sewerage Improvement District No.4, of the C;ity of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, hereinafter set forth be, am the same hereby is created for the purpose of the construction and installation of saniaary sewerage laterals complete with manholes, wyes, and all other necessary appurtenances and the restoratibn or street surface wherever necessitated by reason of the construction and installation of said saniuary sewer laterals.
