SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby e::'pmvered and directed to certify the foregoing to the
proper officers of Hadison Co~y, Idaho, for entry upon the tax rolls of said County for the collec-
tion in the manner provided by lal'[.
SECTION 4. ~he City Treasurer is hereby empowered and directed to apportion the moneys rec-
eived on account qf taxes hereby levied, and from all other sources to the se,veral funds for vlhiGh
levies are ruade and to which moneys are ap~ropriated as in this ordinance provided.
SECTION 5. The revenue for ~he City of Eexburg for the fiscal year 191+9 from all sources
received are hereby appropriated to the several funds and purposes which are hereby declared to b~
necessary for such purposes as ~hovm by the JudG'et of the City heretofore adopted for said fiscal
year, respectively, as follows~ to-wit:

A. ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTlJENT - GENEltAL EXPENSE FUND From moneys received on account of
taxes levied, and other available sources, there is hereby appropriated to the General Expense
Fund Administaative departments and Sundries, the,S]lIll of )~ lS,800.00.
B. LAW ENFORCTi:f\n;:NT DEPARTMENT - From the moneys received on account of taxes levied, and<l
other available sources, there is hereby appropriated tb the Law Enforcement Department the
Sum of $ lC;, 390..00.
C. W'ATEH DEPARTlJENT - From therevenue derived from the watervmrks system of the City
during the driscal year 1949, and the moneys now on hand in the 'l'Iaterworks fund, and other revenues
available, there is hereby appropriated the sum necessary to defray the expenses of operating
and maintenence of asid system during the fiscal year 194~ and from such revenue, and for said
purposes, there is hereby appropriated the Slim of ;i? 18,400.00.

D. IRRIGATION DEPARTIiENT - All moneys received on account of the irrigation system of the
City of Rexburg, and distribution of water thereby to the inhabitants of the City, are hereby
'appropriated to the City Ditch Fund for t he payments of sala.ries, wages and other necessary
expense of opperation and maintenence of said irrigation system, there is hereby appropriated
to the Ditch Fund for such purposes from moneys not otherwise appropriated, the Sum Of $3,760.00.

E. STREETS AND ALLEYSDEPAR~ffiNT - From moneys received on account of taxes levied thereof
and other revenues available, tllere is hereby appropriated to the streets department of the City
of Rexburg, for maintenence and improvements of public streets and alleys the Sum of $31,460.00.
F. Health and Sanitation Department - From moneys received on account of taxes levied
thereof and other revenues available, there is hereby appropriated to the Health and Sanitation
Department, for the maintence of Public Physician and Nurse, garbaje removal and dump ground labor
and expense, the Sum of $13,300.00
G. Library Fund - From moneys received on account of taxation'nd other revenue available
there is hereby appropriated to the Library Department for salary of Librarian the Sum of ~?720.00.
H. Municipal ~ark Department - From moneys received on account of taxation and other
sources available there is hereby appropriated to the Parks department, for the payment of
salaries and upkeep, the sum of $4, 970.00.

available sources, there is hereby appropriated for the payment of interest on outstanding

a:propriated to the Folice Retirement Fund, for the payment of retirement benifits, the sum

there is hereby appropriated to the Special Improvement Dist. Fund, the Sum of $ 1,359.87.
N. All revenues of the City of Rexburg received during the fiscal year 1949 not hereby
ot! ,erwise appropriated, are hereby appropriated to the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and publication as required by law.
