Barrick has requested the City Council to vacate and close the street on third south, betnen fourth and fifth west of the city of Rexburg, Idaho, for the sole and exclusive use of the owners of the adjacent real estate as provided by law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL ElF) THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO: Rexburg, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: ,,:) Commencing at a point approximately 136 rods South and 3 rods East of the Northwest corner of Section 30, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, Boise Meridian, in Madison County, Idaho, and running thence East 40 rods; thence South 6 rods; thence West 40 rods; thence North 6 rods to the place of beginning. Same being more particularly described as that dedicated street lying between Blocks 5 and 12 of the South End Addition to the City of Rexburg be and the same is hereby vacated and closed for the sole and exclusive use of the owners of the adjacent real estate, as provided by the statutes of the State of Idaho, and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to execute to the said owners in the name of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, quit claim deeds to said street as provided by law. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and due publication, as provided by law.
