.AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THAT CERTAIN LAND DEDICATED FOR
THE USE OF PUBLIC STREETS IN THE CITY OF DXBURG, IDAHO,
IS NeT NECESSARY FOR THE SAln!: AND VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING SAID STREETS.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Gouneil of the Ci ty of Rexburg, Idaho.

Seotion 1. The following desoribed land not being neeessar.y tor the use of the
people ot the city ot Rexburg, Idaho, or any other people, as a street,s&4d land being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 14
ot the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per
the recorded plat thereot and running thence West to
theO.S .L.R.R. Right-of-Way; thence Northeasterly along
the East Line ot the said right-of-way to the south
line ot Lot 2, Block 5 of the said City of Rexburg;
~enee 1&8~ to the Southeast corner ot sai4 Block 5;
thence North 18 role to the North Boundry line of said
City; thence "a.'99 ~eet, thence South 18 rods, thence
East 40 rods; thence South 99 feet; thence West 40 rods,
!hence South 40 rods; thence West 99 feet; thenoe North
40 rods to ith. place of be~inning.
Said street if hereby abandoned, discontinued and vacated.
Passed this 3rd day ot November 1937, and approved ta1s 3rd day o~ November 1937.
