Ordinance Bo. 306 - Ii ~ I, I I I , .AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA.TIOB BILL OF THE CITY OF REXBURG" LEVYING TAXES FOR GENERAL REVENUE PURPOSES OF SAID CITY AND INTEREST ON THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS, THEREOF AND SINKING UD SINKING FUND AND APPROPRIATING SUCH SUKS OF MONEY AS ARE BY THE MAYOR AND COUNC IL OF SAID CITY DEEMED NECESSARY TO DERRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABIL* ITIES OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1931. BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and council of the City ot Rexburg; SECTIONl---- That this ordinance be and is hereby termed "The Annual appropriation Bill of the City of Rexburg, for the fiscal year 1931. Section 2---- That there is hereby levied upon all taxable property within the limits of the City of Rexburg, in and for the year 1931, taxes for the several purposes and at the rates following: For general revenue purposes, 10 mills on each dollar of assessed value. , I' I ~ I 1\ I: j' I, Section 3--- That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and direct- ed to certify said levies to the proper officers of Madison County, for entry upon the tax rolls of the county for collection in the usual manne r. ,t,) " ,,'~. to ~ Seotion 4---That the 0ity Treasurer is hereby directed to apportion the moneys reoeived on acoount of taxes hereby levied, and from all other sources, to the several funds for which said levy is made and to whioh said moneys are appropriated as in this ordinance provided.
