BE IT ORDAIDD BY THE MAYoR AND 'TYCOUNCIL of the City of Rexburg: Section I.- That the revenue of the City of Rexburg in the State of Idaho, for the fiscal year 1923, derived from the taxes levied for said year are hereby appropriated to the several funds and in the several amounts following, to-wit: y' Interest on City Bonds Fire Department Sprinkler Fund ....................... . . . . . . . . .$7, ,00.00 826.00 2 , 478 . 00 Balance in General Expense Fund' (approximately) 11,,00.00 Section 2.- There is hereby levied on the taxable property in the City of Rex- burg, in the State ot Idaho, for the fiscal year 1923 for the purposej of securing revenue for the several funds, taxes as follows: General'Levy 10 mills on the dollar. ',I''''''' Levy for Interest on City Bonds and Sinkinl Fund, ,mills on the dollar of the assessed valuation o~ said property for the year 1923 and the City Treasurer of the City of Rexburg is hereby authorized and directed to apportion all money received on acc- ount of said taxes to the said tunds upon said basis. Section 3.- lrom the receipts ot the waterworks system of the City of Rexburg for the f.iscal year 1923 atld from the'money now on hand in the W'aterworksPund there is , hereby appropriated sufficlLent tunda for the ope.ration and maintenance for aaid waterworka I system and there is hereby appropriated the sum of .2,8,0.00 from sa1C recei~s for inter- est ans Sinking fund on sa1d waterworks bonds. Section 4.- From, the receipts of the Waterworks system of the City of Rexburg for the fiscal year 1923 and from the money now ..in the waterworn fund of said City, after deducting therefrom the mo",ey appropriated in Section 3, the lIa70r and. City Council may in their discretion, transfer to the General .S>>ense Jund. or Road and Bridge JUnd. suoh sums of money as may be required in any of the aforesaid funds for the sucoessful operation or conduction of the business of the City of Rexburs and as the needs of the said funds or any of them may require from time to time. Section 6.- All money received from the sale of lots in the City'Cemetery,sexton fees, and all money received from the care of the lots in the City Cemetery is hereby ap- propriated to the Cemetery Fund. Section 7.- All money received from the Road Poll Tax. County Road & Bridge Tax during the fiscal year 1923, is hereby appropriated to the Road & Bridee JUDd.
