AN ORDINA0rC1~ providing for the protection. regulation. control of the fire fighting apparatus of the City of Rexburg, kadison County, Idaho. Pro- viding for right of way and protection for moving Fire Apparatus, repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an I""\t.' emergency. Section II - FIRE APPARATUS '10 HAVE RIGHT OF WAY, ~.VHE::N, Auto fire engines, departraent automobiles, fire engines, chemical engines, hose wagons, hook and ladder trucks or wagons and ojher movable apparatus of the fire department shall have the right of way over all vehicles while passing through all streets. avenues and alleys when answering an alarm of fire.
