BE IT ORDAUTED by the 'Mayor and Counoil of the City of Rexburg. Eadison County,
Idaho :
Section I. That I the-salary. compensation an~ the time of payment thereof of the

following named elective. and appointive City officers is hereby fixed as follows:
~ayor, Three Hundred and Twenty Dollare per annum. payable quarterly, at the
end of each quarter.
Councilmen, One Hundred and Sixty Dollars per annum, payable quarterly, at the
end of each quarter.
City Clerk. Fifteen Hundred Dollars per annum, payable monthly at the end of
each month.
City Attorney. Four Hundred Eighty Dollars per annum, payable quarterly, at the
end of each quarter.
City Treasurer, 1wo Hundred and Forty Dollars per annum, payable quarterly.
Chief of police. 1Welve Hundred Dollars per annum. pa.yable monthly a.t the end
