Whereas the Eayor and Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Rexbure, ro.dison County, I: I I' .I ~ I ~ t State of Idaho on the 20th of July, 1921 passed and approved Ordinance No. 273 wr~reby I' ii there was levied on the property of' said City for the fiscal year of 1921 taxes amountir.g .. :! 11 II 1\ II \I " i; " 11 I: to eighteen mills on the dollar, and whereas Subsequent to the passage of said Ordinance, the State Board of Equalization of the State of Idaho increased the valuation of the taxable property in said City, now therefore, BE 11' ORDAI1"ED BY l'lIE MAYOR AND CI TY COUNCIL of the City of Rexburg, l.:adison County, State of Idaho. Section I. That Section II of Ordinance No. 273 be amended and made to read I as fa llows : Sec. II. That t here is hereby levied on the taxable property in the City of Rexburg, in the State of Idaho for the fiscal year 1921 for the purpose of securing rev- enue for the several funds, taxes as follows: , , I General levy 8 mills on tr~ dollar, rJevy for Interest on City Bonds and Sinking .l!'und, 5 mills on the dollar on the assessed valuation of said property for the year 1921, and the 1Teasurer of the City of Rexburg is hereby autr~rized and directed to apportion all money received on ac- .. No person s}~ll use or keep in any public place in this City, any pool or billiard table for hire, without first obtaining a license and paying a tax ther~ for a,.hdrewith prOVided.
